Mcore itself includes a standard air pump suitable for non-metals, but high-quality metal processing traditionally requires specific gases: nitrogen (N₂) for a clean finish on stainless steel and oxygen (O₂) for faster cutting of carbon steel. As a cost-effective and simplified alternative for operations focused on materials like carbon steel up to 4mm thick, the optional GWEIKE All-in-One Air Supply System provides clean, dry compressed air (174 PSI) to enable "gas-free" cutting, which reduces operational complexity and cost while delivering acceptable quality for many applications, though the edge quality on stainless steel with compressed air typically does not match that achieved with nitrogen.
The MCore machine supports a wide range of standard power supplies. Specifically, it supports 110V 60Hz in the United States and 220V 50Hz in Europe, requiring only a single-phase power connection in both regions. Additionally, the machine can be configured or ordered to support other standard single-phase voltages and frequencies (such as 100V, 230V, etc.) to suit operation in other global regions. The GWEIKE MCore laser cutter comes with a standard one (1) year warranty. Deposit customers who participate in the current launch promotion will benefit from an extended warranty of two (2) years.
